All over the state, Interfaith Power & Light members will devote the weekend of February 8-10 to a preach-in on climate change, joining hundreds of congregations across the country doing the same. 30 PA congregations took part last year and 30 have already signed up this year. What is a “preach-in”? It can be a sermon on caring for creation, a focus on energy efficiency in your congregation, a book study or a film showing. These good folks from St. Paul’s UCC in Johnstown, led by PA IPL president Rev. William Thwing, made Valentines to send to their representatives.
